In this class you will learn how to create a classic green hot sauce or habanero sauce. The beauty of hot sauce is it can range from not hot to super hot and you get to choose. I love teaching this class because the possibilities are endless and I love what my clients come up with. Chef supplies ingredients for in-person classes. Student supplies ingredients for virtual classes. 1-2 people, additional guests $30 each.
