Great Sauce! (Wish New Seasons Nyberg Rivers Still Carried It)

This is one of my favorite hot sauces. Smokey, earthy, savory, it’s versatile with a lot of dishes and makes a good addition to a marinade. I used to be able to get this at my local New Seasons, but was disappointed when they stopped carrying it. New Seasons, if you’re listening, give HYCH a holler!

I’ve been using the Guajillo sauce since it first came out. Despite the newer and just as amazing sauces HYCH has come out with, Guajillo continues to be my favorite. I love the Smokey flavor, and low level heat. My kids even love this sauce on their quesadillas. It’s a family favorite!
