Tamarind Thai-Style Toasted Sesame Habanero Sauce

I visited the Cannon Beach farmers market in 2023 and tried this hot sauce for the first time. I fell in love! I like in Michigan and order a few bottles every few months because I can't go without it! It is great on anything and everything, especially rice bowls.

So good on everything! Possibly the best thing to put on salad I’ve ever had.

I added this to a few Thai weekday meals. It was easy to use an All-In-One HYTCH “Tamarind” sauce. Tamarind has a perfectly balanced sweet heat. This sauce added the perfect well rounded flavor profile to my recipes. I loved this sauce so much I already purchased 2 gift sets for friends. I think this is a perfect gift.
