Meet Chef Matt
Hello, I am excited you're here to adventure with HYCH hot sauces and culinary retreats. I have been working in restaurants since 1992 as a dishwasher, cook, chef, and eventually the Executive Chef of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland, Oregon.
I love to travel and teach people how to approach cooking in a relaxed and fun way. I will show you how you can accomplish anything in the kitchen when you have a few strong foundational habits.
